There is a word that I’ve been seeing in few fashion blogs and the word is “recessionista”. It means a former fashionista who was once willing to spend lots of money on just a t-shirt but now still with a passion for clothes they are willing to restrict their wallet due to a falling economy.

Ssasychic.com shows ways to clothes for a cheaper price but yet still be able to be fashion-forward.

Huffington Post had ways to incorporate the recessionista into a lifestyle which I thought was inspiring.

Maybe I should use this month to go for a recessionista lifestyle and record my accounts.
